The Foundation welcomes organizations interested in introducing themselves and sharing more about their mission, programs, and community impact.

This form is intended to help us learn more about organizations and the work they are doing in the community.

It allows us to better understand potential areas of alignment with our philanthropic priorities and donor advised or donor designated fund interest.
